Subscribers get unlimited case generation across all disease sites. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be canceled anytime through your Apple ID settings.

After your initial response, the AI examiner asks targeted follow-up questions to probe your understanding — just like real board exams. It then provides comprehensive feedback with what you got right, what you missed, and specific improvement suggestions.
Yes! Cases are designed around NCCN guidelines, ASTRO recommendations, and landmark trials (GOG, RTOG, PORTEC, etc.). The AI evaluator references these standards in its feedback.

Yes. Your account is secured with Firebase Authentication and email verification. Case responses are sent to OpenAI for AI evaluation only and are not used for AI training. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
You can browse sections offline, but generating new cases and AI evaluations require an internet connection.
Go to your Account page in the app and tap "Redeem Institutional Code." Enter the code provided by your program director to activate unlimited access.
Troubleshooting
AI Evaluation Not Working
- Ensure you have an active internet connection
- Check that you have remaining credits or an active subscription
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Make sure you're running the latest version of the app
- If the issue persists, contact support
App Crashes or Freezes
- Make sure you're running iOS 17.0 or later
- Close and restart the app
- Restart your device
- If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app
- Contact support with details about when the crash occurs
Voice Input Issues
- Make sure the app has microphone permission (Settings > Privacy > Microphone)
- Speak clearly and at a normal pace
- The app includes a custom radiation oncology vocabulary for better recognition of medical terms
- You can always type your response instead if voice input isn't working
Feedback Seems Inaccurate
- Make sure you're being specific and explicit in your responses
- The evaluator only credits what you explicitly state (no assumptions)
- Each step is graded independently — make sure relevant points are in the correct step

Purchase or Subscription Issues
- Purchases are processed by Apple — ensure your Apple ID payment method is valid
- To restore purchases, go to Settings in the app
- To cancel a subscription, go to your Apple ID settings > Subscriptions
